If the door won't open from either side, there is a high possibility that there is a connection problem between the lock cylinder and the inside locks. Remove the door panel and see which moving piece is not connecting, it might just be a loose wire. Also lubricate the door and apply WD40 regularly.
How would you adjust that loose wire? On my rear door the bottom latch is loose and do not see an easy way to adjust the cable...
I noticed the Back door on my 2010 Renault Trafic has a problem opening during this hot weather. Any thoughts?

sounds like the locking mechanism froze up. you'll need to remove the door panel and lubricate the lock

you need remove the door panel maybe you have only a loose pull wire between the look door or door handle

your door rod to your latch must have popped off your inside door latch. take your door pannel off and the door rood will be unhooked
