Is the charging device in the B350 likely burned out?
Plug the charger into the wall outlet and test the output at the pins with a meter. If readings are correct, have the B350 checked out. 12 volt is 12 volt, and should not have caused any problem with another 12 volt unit. Your thoughts may be misplaced here.

if the wire is plugged into the box you may have to install a fuse to make the line hot.

If possible, disconnect the mail power from the LCD from the power source (fuse box, batter etc.) Than see if there is a difference. It may not have been hooked up correctly and is pulling just enough power even while off (just like a house appliance pulls electricity even when not in full use) to drain the battery so the car won't start.

Have a volt meter handy? If so get the engine running to check your alternator out as explained.....
Attach the volt meters probes to the battery in the DC mode. It should read 13.5 volts. If not the alternators output is no good. If it does show 13.5 volts for at least two minutes do this next. Reverse the probes on the battery. Black on red, and red on black. Also switch it to the AC mode. If you receive a reading of any sign of voltage output the diode is shot. A diode keeps the current flowing one direction to charge the battery in the DC mode. If it reverses it is running in the AC mode which will not charge the battery at anytime

I am guessing that you mean you have one of the jumpstart devices that you plug into the lighter socket? If that is the case plug it into the lighter socket turn it on and try to start the vehicle. If that doesnt work or you think the unit itself is dead plug it into the lighter socket on a vehicle that has a fully charged battery to charge it. If you post the manufacturer, model and name of your charger we may be able to find a manual for it than i can answer your question better
