You seriously need to get this vehicle to a good mechanic as there is a lot of issues here!!
The codes translate as:-

P0301 = Cylinder 1 - misfire detected.
P0305 = Cylinder 5 - misfire detected.
P0306 = Cylinder 6 - misfire detected.

SOURCE: TROUBLE CODES PO301 & PO306 HAVE ALREADY

P0301 = Cyl no 1
P0306 = Cyl no 6

If you have changed plugs and leads and confident that they are now ok you need to run a compression check on all the cylinders, I'd emagine they should all be running at approximately 150psi per bore, if 1 & 6 are down it could be the head gasket, timing or piston rings.

SOURCE: What's your problem? my 2004 mercury monterey

PO 300 is multiple misfires detected
PO 301, 304, 305, 306 are misfires in cylinders 1,4,5,&6
PO 053 is HO2S Bank 1 Sensor 1 Heater Resistance
PO 106 is MAP/BARO CKT Range / Perf
PO 316 is Misfire detected 1st 1000 Revs.

On a misfire, I usually push towards the spark plugs, plug wires, and coil packs / distributor coil.
You have PO 106 and PO 053 that need to be inquired about at nearest AutoZone.
They can give you an idea as to what is the problem on these.

Did a MAP sensor **** out and cause all the misfires ?
Did a misfire cause the MAP sensor error?
You see what I'm saying ?...Something caused all the misfires...thinking MAP...but not that familiar with the function of the MAP.

Hope this helps...

The following diagnostic codes are showing up on 1997 chevy s 10 truck: po740, po753, po758, and po1860. What do they mean and what parts are they describing?

Hello, all these codes are transmission related.
P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfunction
P0753 Shift Solenoid A Electrical
P1860 - TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit - Electrical
If any of solenoids have picked up some debris, or tiny pieces of metal from worn transmission componets, they will often set a fault code. Just something to keep in mind.

I hope this helps.
