Found a hole along side the foundation on my house, about 6 inches diameter and at least 18 inches deepwhat should I do?

It depends where you live, but at that size and if you see spoil that has been dug out it could be racoon, fox, rabbit or groundhog getting out of the cold. It also depends if the hole is vertical or horizontal. If vertical, it could be a sink hole or subsidence. It is one of those things where a picture is worth a thousand words. You can refill the hole with the soil and see if it gets dug out again. For a more permanent solution fill with concrete.

I trust the snowman got sorted out.

Cheap coolant overflow cap

Contaminated coolant contributes to engine damage by clogging up the radiator, reducing efficiency of the coolant to remove engine heat. an uncapped overflow tank is a route for debris and contaminents to enter your cooling system and if ignored, circulate crud thoughout the system and clog your radiator. So if you have lost your coolant cap,(which is easy to do) dont just say "oh, well" there is a temporary fix that will keep your coolant clean until you can get to an auto parts store and replace your cap with the proper cap. all you will need is a plastic bottle, or container cap and some electric tape, or, yes, even duct tape. eyeball the approximate inside diameter of the radiator overflow tank fill hole. place the bottle cap over the fill hole, but dont let go of the cap. if the cap is smaller than the hole wrap electrical, or duct tape around the cap a few times and replace bottle cap over the fill hole. the cap should fit snug in the fill hole. make sure you dont press cap into the fill hole too deep that you cant pull it out with your fingers. if you do you can pull it out with needle nose pliers. this will keep your coolant clean until you can get to an auto parts store and replace the cap with a proper cap.

My Homesteader plow leaks fluid from a port on top of the pump'

I don't know about this pump in particular but many pumps have an air vent in the top. If you over fill the crankcase or use oil that is not non-foaming it could cause this.

Can I do this? WHEEL SWAP 2005 COLORADO

try putting one wheel of what you want to do on a hub to see if it fits
check for stud pattern and that the studs fit in the center of each hole
next measure the distance from the rim edge ( use a straight edge across the diameter and measure from that edge to the stud holes are ( measuring rim off set)
if both wheels measure the same then they should fit
go to a tire dealer and get the details of each rim to see if it can be done
the major items to be aware of are the stud pattern is the same pitch circle diameter ( bolts in the same circle ) and the center off set of the rim

Under the car it looseing antifreeze a freez plug is how to replace and want look like. 2002 chrysle concorde with 2.7

Your motor has several freeze plugs. The freeze plug holes are located usually 3 per side on the block, 2 in the ends of each head and 2 in each end of the block. Determine approximately what location the coolant is running out from, feel around the block for an actual round hole/cavity in the block. They are different sizes. some as small as 1 inch diameter to as large as about 3 inch diameter. Find the cavity that is not filled, as you can stick your finger deep into the block/head.
Then measure this hole. The easiest type relacement plug is called an expansion type. It is like a rubber stopper that you tighten a bolt in the center of it to expand it/tighten it to the full diameter sealing the cavity. Found at most parts stores. They come in a variety of sizes, so you must try to get extremely close to the actual diamerter of the freeze plug hole in the block/head to make it work. Install new plug into hole pushing rubber portion in all the way until the flat metal washer part of the expansion plug contacts the block/head surface. IT MUST be flush or evenly seated in the freeze plug hole/cavity in the block/head. Tighten center nut on new plug to about 25 ft lbs. This will make the rubber part expand and seal into the hole. Refill coolant, check for leaks. In my experience, if you pop one plug, it is usually in the block first and one will be popped on both sides of the block. Feel around BOTH sides of block to verify all 6 plugs are in place! CAUSE>>
This is due to water in the coolant system freezing, due to poor coolant system maintenance. The freeze plugs pop out when the frozen water expands preventing the freezing water from cracking your block. You would be money ahead to drain/flush your system and refill with all new 50/50 antifreeze of the type recommended for your vehicle. NEVER put water in your cooling system! Use only in emergency, fix problem then drain and refill with 50/50 coolant! This will prevent this problem from reoccurring and damaging other cooling system components.

Location and procedure of replacing blower on 94 explorer

I assume you're talking about the blower motor that blows your hot/cold air. In my 2001 explorer it is located under the hood up against the firewall on the passenger side. The casing for it is circular and maybe 10 inches or so in diameter. It has about 4 small screws that hold the cover on and an electrical connection to disconnect. The replacement part is about $30 at a parts store.

Coolant loss

From what you described I suspect you have a hole in a freeze plug. They tend to rust out over the years, especially if you’re running a high percentage water and a low percentage antifreeze for your coolant. Try to fill your radiator when the engine is cold. If you have a hole in a freeze plug you won't be able to keep the radiator full. The water will just keep running out the hole. If you can fill the radiator and don't see any leaks, it's probably not a freeze plug. It may be a sliced hose that will only leak when the engine is warm. If you do have a leak, try to look under the car and see where the water is coming from. Freeze plugs look like round shallow indentation in the engine block. They're usually about 1.5 inches in diameter. If you find a leaking freeze plug you can usually pop it out by driving a large screwdriver into the hole and then use the screw driver to pry the metal freeze plug out. Buy a new freeze plug of the same size at an auto parts store and tap it back into the circular opening. Do your best to clean the edges of the opening first. Put one end of a deep well socket that's slightly smaller than the freeze plug against the outer wall of the freeze plug and tap on the other end of the socket with a hammer to drive the plug into the opening in the engine block. This will help you to drive it in straight. If there's enough room to swing a hammer, freeze plugs usually aren't too difficult to replace. However, if there's no working room they can be very difficult to replace. If this is the case you may want to take it to a garage.
