My 2003 Chevy Silverado just got back from the antibody shop after a wreck.Now it won't stay running in drive and the oil that's isn't reading any oil pressure

On a 2005 4.3 does the crankshaft sensor run in oil.?

yours is wet it has o-ring
CKP sensor not HALL sensors love to fail at low RPM
the are crude coils.

with plastic cover off the wet RELECTOR wheel is seen.
do not let the new sensor hit the high side flats. or it is wrecked the new sensor.
low ,high low notched, are TDC marks.
set the gap per video and or he TSB from Chevy read it..

Correct fuel pressure? EGR stuck open? IAC dirty/stuck? Throttle blade hanging open preventing IAC from working? Yune up issues?

I would want to know what the actual oil pressure is. The sending unit or the gauge on the dash could have failed.
There is a pressure relief valve to prevent oil pressure from going too high, but staying at 80psi would not be good for a long time.

The sensor should be near the distributor on the back of the intake.

if you know there is gas in it sounds like fuel sending unit in tank

on the back of the motor the is a oil sensor and it located on the driver side behind the disturber if that is gone the engine will run and then stall after a few secs right

You probably need a oil pressure sending unit it is located at the back of the engine and is a high failure

Turn the ignition key to the RUN position. Fully push and release the accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE OIL SOON light flashes 2 times, the system is reset. However if the light comes on and stays on for 5 seconds, the system did not reset. Repeat the procedure if the system does not reset.

i had the same problem, and it turned out the coil pack was moulding inside wich stopped the spark all together, i ended up changing my coil pack and putting on new wires because the ends connected to the coil were very corroded and that cures the not running part just fine
