Call a Cadillac dealer and ask them the question.
I am not certain you car has such a switch, so be prepared for the possibility that you car has none.

SOURCE: trunk release and fuel door does not work

open the glove box and push the valet button, then try the trunk release,,,good luck....

try taking off your fuse panel cover, there should be a reset button in there.

Under vehicle, driver side, below seating area, front of fuel tank, mounted on chassis in fuel lin.

Oil pressure switches a normally located by or near the oil filter on all cars. :-)

Does a 1999 cadillac deville have a emergency fuel switch? Or inertia switch?.. IF SO, WHERE AND HOW TO LOCATE PLEASE

It doesn't have either type of fuel pump cutoff, it is done through an oil pressure switch.

1998 cadillac deville 4.6 no power for fuel pump fuse relay is working properly

It gets power from right hand maxi fuse block , Ignition 1 fuse, 40 amp. through ignition 1 relay.
