Where is liense tag light fuse on 2004 TrailBlazer....

If that fuse was blown then you wouldn't have a left rear park lamp either. The license plate lights feed from the same fuse as the left rear park light lamp. Either way the fuse is LR Park fuse #14 and is a 10 amp located in the rear fuse block under the rear seat.

If that fuse tests good and you still don't have power at the license plate light sockets, there are two connections in-line to the sockets that may be unplugged or you just may have an outright open in the circuit. You sure the ground is good?

2006 TL Left License Plate Light Won't Work

You don't mention the year of your Acura. If it's an older model, you may have a bad ground on the light socket...or a corroded/broken wire to the same socket.

I cannot find the fuse for the license plate light

The lic plate light are on the same fuse as the park lights so if they work the fuse is good, try removing the bulb assembly and look for things like a bad ground caused by dirt or rust, if you have a 12 volt test light you can check to see if you are getting any power to the light socket or the wires leading up to the sockets and you can trace back to where the problem is.

I have a 2002 Chevrolet S 10 pu truck. The drivers side tail light and plate lights do not work. The brake lights work and the turn signals work fine. I have checked all fuses and swaped the bulbs several...

They all use a common ground (black) and a common brown wire for the tail and plate lights (also a the same brown wire for the same lights up front).

You will have one brown wire going to the back and somewhere along the line (usually close to the lights) the common wires will have a soldered splices and split off to the individual lights.

Sockets can go bad but two at once seems a bit unlikely. If you have a test light then attach the clamp to a good ground and probe the terminals in the socket with the parking light switch on. If no light then I would go back a bit and probe the wire.

Tag light is not working. is there a fuse that will get the light turned back on?

The fuse labeled REAR PARK LP 15A in the right instrument panel fuse box powers the rear park lamps, and the tag lamps. If your rear park lamps are working then you most likely need to replace the tag lamps (bulbs). Use the following procedure to replace the lamps.

To Remove:
  1. Remove the two mounting screws from the license plate lamp.
  2. Remove the license plate lamp from the rear bumper fascia.
  3. Remove the license plate lamp socket by turning it counterclockwise.
To Install:
  1. Install the license plate lamp socket by turning it clockwise.
  2. Position the license plate lamp to the rear bumper fascia.
  3. Install the license plate lamp mounting screws.

Neither of my license plate lights work on my 2006 Nissan Xterra.

it is most likley a wiring problem or the corosion, the license plate lights are tied to the tail lights.

License Plate Lights

Probably not... For some reason license plate light wiring and sockets are VERY prone to corrosion. Make sure to check the light sockets and try to get to the wiring close to them, your problem is more than likely very close to the lights.
