you shold have the number in your owners handbook if not you can go to main dealer with v5 log book and id licence etc they will give you the code it may cost 10 pound

check your owners manual. the numbers are usually posted in there towards the back.

When you disconnect your battery and then reconnect it again, it disables the radio. This is an anti-theft protection for your car radio.
The enable your radio the activation code is in your vehicle owner's manual. If you do not have this code you need to go to your Renault service centre and get them to enter this code for you.

take the radio out, look for the serial number then call renault and they give you the code
