If you have the owners manual, or if you can get one for that specific model, you should be able to look up the alarm system and find out how to (if possible) disable the alarm temporarily. My other suggestions are as follows: 1. Check your battery terminal connections: make sure they are clean and secure; also, if possible, put some terminal grease on them to prevent corrosion, rust and acid build up. Check the connection to your starter as well as your ground to the frame/chassi/block, whichever it's grounded to. Some vechiles have a smaller ground wire that runs from the main ground on the batter to the body, next to the radiator somewhere or possibly on the side firewall. Check that all connections are clean, and secure. You may just have a bad ground which is a common problem in automotive electrical issues. You need to set the parking brake, Turn the key on let it sit like that for 10 mins. the sec light will either start flashing or will stay on or go off when done (This will reset)
REPEAT 3 times!
Then you should be able to start the car after the 3rd time!
