I had the same problem with My 1990 F150 300 6cylinder 4x4.....I cahnged all the same things you did, finally I sprayed a can of Gumout through the throttle body and it worked and ran great. Now I add fuel injector cleaner to the gas and a regular clean with the gumout and the problem has'nt come back. Good Luck to you and hope it works!

well spend some change and have a simple tune-up. Plugs and filters and readjust the idle.

there are two components that you should be looking at one is called a throttle position sensor and the other is a idle air control motor/valve.these two will make the car hard star or not start at all.the are both located in the general area of the intake manifold right where the throttle cable connects.

The battery is only use to start the car, once the car is moving the alternator takes over and charges the battery. I sounds like the alternator is bad. You take the alternator to Napa, Auto Zone or Advance auto part and have them check it for you.

Hi Bronnie , I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? The best thing to do is start with the codes take it to autozone and have them read the codes then post them so I can see whats going on with it right now all I can do is guess as to the problem it could be the idle air control valve or the maf sensor I would even venture to guess a plugged up catalytic converter so get the codes and post them so I can see whats going on.
