Look thru the grill area at the front of the car. You will sea a radiator-looking thingy. This is the coindenser for the A/C system. Look closely for any indentations or holes... Usually, if there is a hole, it will be oily around that area where the hole is. The condenser is very susceptible to getting perforated, and as soon as a hole pierces the aluminum, the gas will escape. The condenser is very difficult to repair, if not impossible.

SOURCE: BOTH driver's and passenger's side sun visors have broken.
You have the right to contact the BAR (the automotive repair policing agency) on innapproriate help from car service shops. Whether or not it is under warranty, does not mean you do not get these fixed. Do your homework. Check ALLDATA for any TSB's (technical service bulletins) on your car and find out if there is one on defective sun visors. If there is no TSB, check again in the future, If enough people complain to Toyota coprporate, then it will become a new TSB and you will get it repaired for free, whetether warrantied or not. In the meantime, you need a "Magiver" mechanic or handyman that can make your sun visors work for the time-being. As for the people who told you the lie about customer loyalty, I would go to the dealer and get that repeated to your face and get the person's name and write to Toyota on your bad experience (CC to the manager of this place too). Good luck.

You need to replace the spark plug tube seals in the valve cover. Very easy once you get the valve cover off. Make sure you get the valve cover gasket kit that includes the tube seals. Victor Reinz makes it: Part number VS50059

Hello 1dotandbob.
Sorry to hear of your dilemma. Sounds like a rather expensive fix.
I have not experienced this problem as yet so I am unable to assist without further investigation.
I will check on a couple of mechanic sites to see if other techs have come up with a fix.
Here is the service bulletin you requested.
I will add more information as I find it...If it is available.
Thank you.
