I have a brand new trunk motor and it still isn't working?
Have you checked if getting power ? the fuse will be with the others under the dash and the fuse box cover should give a list of what fuse is what,if fuse ok check the wiring from the motor backwards and make sure the earth wire is securely fixed to the chassis/bady

there will either be a second wire that connects to the motor ,thats the earth wire if no second wire then the motor earths through the fixing bolt(s) you may have to remove some trim to see all the wiring and the holes the bolt(s) screw into make sure ther is no rust etc on either the wire connector or the bolt hole

It is located on the left frame rail in front of left rear tire.It has a plastic clip in each fuel line that will be white in color.Remove the clip then disconnect fuel line.Make sure to replace the clips,DO NOT reuse the old ones. Install the new clips into the connector then snap the connectors on to the filter.

All you have to do is bring it in and it takes 2 minutes...to make it like a regular manual car trunk...they tap the part where it closes and it works just like a regular trunk. Much better because I always thought I'd get my hand caught in the automatic. One of the guys at the Service Center did it for me in 2 minutes for free:)) Don't get a new motor just make it manual. Plus the trunk open switch still works as usual.

Hello Callahan5922....this sounds like a stuck blower motor resistor. I assume the blower won't function in the a/c mode either? If you have a digital multimeter you can check this. I believe it's fuse #2....if the digital indicator goes up or down when you increase or decrease the fan speed thats good. Locate the blower motor resistor....you wil find it located on the fire wall behind the right valve cover hiding behind the heater hose, it's about the size of a cigarette pack. With the engine off, and key in on position, turn the A/C on High, and rap a tap tap tap on the resistor. You might be suprised when the blower motor takes off a runnin,

under the trunk lip (directly where the latch goes into the lock jaws; remove the carpet so that you can see the side of the trunk latch; on the latch jaws (bottom) is a switch that contacts the latch (top) this switch is broken or, mis-aligned it opens (stops the trunk motor) when the latch contacts it.
