WHile anything is possible, it's not practical. In general, you'll find many of the mounting locations are different for the transmission and AWD case, the computer tune is different, and most importantly, setting up the linkage will be prohibitively expensive.
IF you're thinking of this because you really like the control of a manual, you're better off just finding a manual version of the car.
If you're thinking of this because the automatic transmission is dead and you have access to a free manual, it'll still be cheaper to pay the $3500 or so to have the current automatic repaired or replaced with another.

I changed the motor and transmission from one to the other .I went from and automatic to a 5 speed manual changed motor harness now the car will not start turn key and nothing new battiery can you give me...

If you swapped out the auto for a manual trans the car might have a neutral start safety switch preventing the starter from engaging. This would not be something you would have on a manual transmission. Instead the manual would have the Clutch Safety switch which will only allow the starter to engage if the clutch is pressed in. On an automatic it won't allow the engine to turn over unless it's in Park or Neutral. I would locate the plug for the neutral start safety switch for the old automatic transmission and bypass it.

Where do you add transmission fluid

Auto matic trans? look for dip stick tube on either side of engine.
If it is a maual trans 5/speed look for a plug on one side of the transmission about half way to the top of the trans.

How to change transmission fluid????

Transmission Fluid Replacement Replace transmission fluid as follows:
  1. Operate engine until reaching operating temperature.
  2. Turn OFF engine.
  3. Remove the drain plug.
  4. Drain the transmission fluid into a suitable container.
  5. Install drain plug.
    • Torque to: 22-29 lb-ft. (29-39 Nm)
  6. Refill fluid to specified level.
Fluid Type Specifications 4 Speed Automatic Transmission - Nissan Matic "D"
5 Speed Automatic Transmission - Nissan Matic "K"
NOTE: Using Automatic Transmission fluid other than Genuine Nissan ATF will cause deterioration in driveability and automatic transmission durability, and may damage the automatic transmission, which is not covered by the NISSAN new vehicle limited warranty

99 Honda Accord and Prelude Transmissions Interchangeability

the trans will actually bolt up to the engine..but it will not work properly without the pressure switch plugged in to the harness... if u notice, there is a hole with no threads in the prelude trans..u couldnt even thread a 3rd gear pressure switch in the trans case..trust me ive seen it b4 at the dealer where i work.. i even went as far as installing the trans and when going back together, saw the difference when trying to plug the harness in...its not the same..i laugh about it now, but was very mad at myself at the time for assumeing the parts guy brought me the right part..the guy with the prelude was about to install my accord  trans in his prelude ...luckily i was able to stop him b4 he installed my trans in his prelude...i laugh about it now

Transmission

changing a automatic transmission over to a manual transmission is difficult to do for several reasons. the pedals are one, and most american engines are built for a specfic transmissions, are two. Engines built for auto trans, the crankshaft is not drilled to accept the imput shaft of a manual trans, so unless you want to change the entire drivetrain engine and all...

My opinion.....I would look at just buying a manual shift car.
