I have a 1990 subaru legacy and the left lower timing belt idler pulley fell off.how do i get the timing back to the correct position and where are the timing marks on the vehicle.can any1 help please.ty so much.
Your timeing marks are on the block rite abouve the cams on either side and on the block in the middle but line the center mark on the teeth there is a mark not the arrow the arrow is where tdc is the mark is on teeth good luck.

While aligning alignment mark on timing belt with marks on sprockets, position timing belt properly.
NOTE: Ensure belt's rotating direction is correct.
