The temperature of the engine will keep the fans running. ECU truns the fans on at certain temps. Low speed at first, then high. ECU turns them on high when the A/C is turned on.
Find the fan switch and short it out to see if the fan turns on. IF it does then its a bad switch. Otherwise, run 12v to the fan to see if you can jump it manually.
Nothing wrong with the fan. Your fan switch has a direct short in it. The only way to stop your problem is to replace the switch. This is a common problem among the older model cars. Good luck
you may have a bad thermostant, or cooling fans arent working, could be a sensor or fan is bad, trun on a/c is if fans trun on, is yes then start with thermostant. hope this helps.
sound like you have a bad sencer or relay. you can run a wire from the fan . to a wire that run on when the car start and trun off when you trun the car off.that will get you by for a short time good luck
Get a female garden hose adapter from the local hardware store. Disconnect the heater hose from behind the fan pulley and attach the hose connection. Disconnect the other heater hose behind the alternator, aim it towards the ground and flush water through the heater core. This worked on my truck.
