HOW DO I SET MY TIMING FOR MY UNO FIAT 1994 1100 I HAVE REMOVED MY HEAD FOR SCHEMING AND VALVE SETTINGS
Timing marks ? bottom pulley with crank keyway pointing upwards and cam ? sorry just cannot remember offhand but this is a valve free engine ,with no1 at TDC the inlet and exhaust valves are pointing up and out on the no1 then if i remember rightly the mark on camshaft gear is pointing directly in line with the right side of the head ? or is that the peugeot ,if i had a memory ? Sorry just cannjot remember but a 94 has a distributor on the back of the cam and the rotor arm will pointing at the no1 plug lead on the cap .

22ft lbs 1st pass 33ftlbs 2nd pass 90 degrees final pass in alternating sequence

PULL OUT NO 1 SPARK PLUG PUT A SCREW DRIVER DOWN THE HOLE AND TURN THE ENGINE OVER BY HAND UNTIL THE SCREW DRIVER IS AT THE TOP THEN YO WILL SEE THE MARKS ON THE CRANK OR LOOK AT THE TIMMING COVER IT SHOULD SHOW YOU TDC
