SOURCE: How do you get to

HI!!
If you want to get to the lower windshield reservoir to check the washer pump, here is how.
Vehicle uses 2 washer fluid reservoirs: an inner (upper) reservoir and an outer (lower) reservoir. Washer motor is on the outer (lower) reservoir. Reservoirs are connected by a transfer hose.
Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove right front inner fender. Disconnect transfer hose from outer reservoir. Cut and remove tape securing wiring harness and hose. Remove 2 screws and outer reservoir. Disconnect hose from top of outer reservoir and washer motor. Disconnect wiring harness from washer motor and fluid level sensor. Remove washer motor.
To install, reverse removal procedure
Good Luck!!
A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Where is theantifreeze expansion tank?

See if the hose coming from the tank goes to your radiator or if the hose goes to your windshield washers then you know what it is.

Water Leaking Under Driver's Side

sounds like AC to me. Could be landing on a skid plate/splash shield and trailing toward the driver side.

My saturn sc1 1999 stopped spraying washer fluid out of the driver side, the passenger side sprays fine. How can I fix this?

Sounds like the rubber hose broke between the Tee fitting and the spray nozzle. If the nozzles are between the hood and windshield, you may have to remove the wiper arms and the panel under the windshield to get to the hose.

When it rains puddles of water on the passenger side floorboards mostly in the back not coming from sunroof and theres a crack in my windshield thought it might be that but the dashboard is never wet so...

I agree but just wanting you to understand a little better... If you park under trees with leaves or pine straw that's what it is...It's around your windshield arm openings.. Leaves and pine straw will fall into the holes and clog up small drain hole intended to drain water from when it rains. leaves and pine straw enters the space it clogs up a little rubber drain hose. Water starts to fill up the area and when it gets high enough it will soak through the paper filter and fall on the floor to the passenger side floor board. Take the vent cover off around the windshield wipers.. usually plastic..After you have them off you will see the paper filter down in the area...The water is not draining properly and water is going through that filter and falling onto the passenger side floorboard. Try to get as much Leaves or pine straw out. Then a long skinny screw driver or wire and push it down..It will fall down under your car..You can find the little rubber hose under the car and Push up...But make sure it's clear...Pour some water in there and make sure it's draining before putting back together...also make sure that air filter is ok also...That's where your heater and AC air comes in at...

The passenger side windshield squirter only sprays on the bottom of the windshield. The drivers side has 2 squirters, should the passenger side 2 also?

The washer jets are either full of car polish (if you polish it), or blocked with dirt from the washer fluid bottle. Blowing them with an air hose normally clears this out. You can then adjust the jet direction with a safety pin. Hope this helped...

Windshield washer motor hums but no fluid is produced. Check line for blockage and made sure fluid reservoir is full. What else can I check?

Disconnect the hose over on the passenger's side and make sure it's pushing fluid. If it's not then you'll have to change the pump (little access panel under passenger's fender). If so, then the nozzles may be plugged. With the hose disconnected still, blow air into the washer nozzel(s) and try them again.

Carpet on passenger side gets wet

The drain from the a/c under the dash is plugged up and needs to be cleared. If you check from under the vehicle, u should be able to find the end of the drain tube on the passenger side, behind or near the front wheel. Carefully run a wire up the tube to dislodge the obstruction (goop build up). You can also use compressed air.

1995 chevy cavalier is leaking in passager foot well

What u describe is usually the air conditioner drain hose leaking . When u turn on the heat, the a/c is cycled on, so even in cold weather the system is being used. Any moisture removed from the air travels down a drain tube located on the passenger side of the car. This tube will commonly plug up and instead of draining on the ground under the car, drains into the passenger side of the car. U need to locate the hose either at it's end under the car, passenger side approx. where your feet are, and u can attempt to unplug the hose w/ a fine wire. Or u can locate hose under dash above foot level, disconnect and blow clear w/ air, or again, use a wire to unplug. Let me know how u make out.
