First check the oil level by means of the dipstick. If it hasn't got any oil it cant leak either. Under no circumstances should it be started without oil up to the correct level.
if the transmission has a dipstick similar to the engine dipstick you fill it through that tube using a small funnel or the like.....hope this helps.....cheers.
sorry cant help here much ,need truck in front of me to diadnose but it sounds like something has broke ,what i honestly dont know but i suspect a oil pump drive somewhere but never seen one of these trucks here in spain
raise safely support vechicle.oil pump is in front of the engine where your oil filter is.remove oil filter. then you have to remove 6 bolts .then remove oil pump.
Unless your rocky was custom or rebuild, the four wheel drive on the 90-92 rocky is not auto engage. it is manual. you have to use the four wheel gear shifter located left of the main gear shifter.
