I totally rebuilt my 1990 yj 6 cyl jeep wrangler all the machine work was done professionally but once all in it wouldnt start i did a compression test and its shows zero in all the cylinders have tried many things for problem solving but am now stuck?????
Take it back to the shop that did the engine overhaul. No compression at all? They did something very wrong. Does the distributor shaft and rotor turn when cranking the engine? Are you sure your compression tester is working and hasn't failed? Is it possible they got the timing for the crank and camshaft all wrong? Take it back to them and demand they fix it, if it truly has no compression. It will never start without compression.

any leaks in intake or exhaust upstream of the sensors, sparkplug
condition and engine controls/sensors for out of range operation
(including fuel pressure and condition of regulator)
IAC should be cleaned and checked as this can cause poor idle and shut
down. I'm not saying not to change O2 sensors, but unless everything
else if OK, it probably won't help.

SOURCE: caster adjustment for 1990 jeep yj wrangler
caster is adjusted at the rear of the lower control arms. Camber is fixed and cannot be adjusted by normal means (though special off-set ball joints are available to do that) Toe in is adjusted by turning the sleeves in or out on the tie rod ends. None of this should be done at home though crude adjustments can be made in order to get the front end reasonably straight. Adjustments are made on an alignment machine that allows precise adjustments to all you mentioned as well as front/rear tracking.

the motor wont even start
Does it turn over? Is there spark? Are the plugs the correct ones? Does it get fuel?
