enable blue tooth on phone and wait while it searches...the infotainment center will show you a code on the screen...type in the code the car gives you into your phone..wait for the code... then pairing will be successful..
When you try to pair your phone to the car via Bluetooth are you allowing the car to see it by enabling the phone visibility setting.
To do this go into the phones setting find the blue tooth setting then select visibility this allows the car to see it for about 1 minute 59 seconds then go to the cars settings on the dash cluster to pair the phone it should now find it.
hi.i have work at a hyundai dealer during 6 years and your problem is the radio.the bluetooth module in radio must be replace under warranty.if you already remplace radio maybe its your phone but most of the time its the radio
drill the screw head off or grind it off, remove the plate, use a pair of pliers to hold the plastic base and a pair of vice grips to grip the shaft of the screw and turn it until it unwinds, remove the plastic base and replace with new ones
