Inside the fuel tank. Most imports will have an access panel. Look at where the fuel tank is from uder the car, the right above it should be the panel. Maybe either under the trunk carpet or under the back seat.

you have to test them with a pressure gauge which is normally on the fuel rail on the engine. You can often hire the gauges from AutoZone. As regards to 'not working', you should be able to hear the pump when the ignition of switched off. Check the fuse and the relay if you suspect sabotage.

Your cars fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. All fuel injected cars except a few older foreign cars [mostly European] have electric pumps located inside the tank. This allows them to make the pressure required by the fuel injectors.
