How many and where are all of the fuse boxes to the 1998 xj8 jaguar?

I'm having a similar issue to the one described in this post:

However, I can not find an inertia switch. I have a 1998 Jaguar XK8 convertible. Does being a convertible make a difference in this switch's location?
I removed the passenger kick panel and also checked in the fuse box door on the dash at the passenger side. Thank you.

In the 2001 Jaguar XJ8 he trunk (boot) fuse should be #10 (10A) located in the trunk fuse box next to the battery. You may need to use your key in the mechanical trunk lock (insert in Jaguar chrome on right side). Good luck.

In the trunk (aka Luggage Compartment in England) life the panel to expose the spare tire. Fuse box should be on right side, near bumper. Take off top. Should be fuse 11. 10AMP accessory fuse. which fuse box are you refereing to...You have 1 under the hood,then a passenger side kick panel box,and a rear fuse box in the trunk near the spare tire.

there are two fuses for this system in the fuse box on the left footwell. fuse 5 and 7 both 15 amp. check these

You might need a lube job or you may need to see if noise is coming from another place such as your engine water pump, brakes, power steering. Look for leaks.
