Need a diagram on fuel pump installation
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION CAUTION Fuel injection systems remain under
pressure, even after the engine has been turned OFF. The fuel system pressure
must be relieved before disconnecting any fuel lines. Failure to do so may
result in fire and/or personal injury.
- If equipped with air suspension, the air suspension switch, located on a
side panel of the trunk compartment, must be turned to the OFF position
before raising the vehicle.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Relieve fuel system pressure using the recommended procedure.
- Raise and safely support the vehicle.
- Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle and place on a suitable work bench.
- Remove any dirt that has accumulated around the fuel pump retaining flange
so it will not enter the tank during pump removal and installation.
- On 1988-94 models, turn the fuel pump locking ring counterclockwise and
remove the locking ring.
- On 1995-00 models, remove the retaining bolts around the perimeter of the
fuel pump module.
- Remove the fuel pump/sending unit assembly. Remove and discard the seal
ring.
To install:
- Clean the fuel pump mounting flange, fuel tank mounting surface and seal
ring groove.
- Apply a light coating of grease on a new seal ring to hold it in place
during assembly and install it in the seal ring groove.
- Install the fuel pump/sending unit assembly carefully to ensure the filter
is not damaged. Make sure the locating keys are in the keyways and the seal ring
remains in the groove.
- Hold the pump assembly in place and install the locking ring finger-tight.
Make sure all the locking tabs are under the tank lock ring tabs.
- Rotate the locking ring clockwise until the ring is against the stops.
- Install the fuel tank into the vehicle.
- Lower the vehicle.
- If equipped with air suspension, turn the air suspension switch to the
ON position.
- Add a minimum of 10 gallons of fuel to the tank and check for leaks.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.
- Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position several times to
pressurize the fuel system. Check for fuel leaks and correct as necessary.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
- Road test the vehicle and check for proper operation.

Could be the switch or the relay. Recommend replacing the relay as an easy option that might solve your problem. The headlight relay is in the engine compartment relay box on driver's side.
What can I do about
The air dosen't mix in the injectors. The injectors spray atomized fuel directly into the cylds . The air comes in through the intake and is mixed in the intake manifold or cylds. The computer and sensors regulate the amount of fuel to air intake . Did you check ror any codes . Is engine light on?
I need a diagram on
There's not really a diagram for the
actual removal and installation. A good repair manual might list
steps like these: First, your system needs to be purged of the
freon. Next, unplug the AC clutch/pulley assembly at the front of the
compressor. Remove the belt, then the AC lines on the compressor
(usually in the back), then unbolt the AC from any mounting
bracket(s) and remove. To avoid having to press on and off the
clutch/pulley assembly you might want to make sure you're buying a
complete compressor assembly. Read and follow those directions
concerning oil for the compressor. After installing the new AC,
reconnect the lines with new "O" rings. Most if not all
compressor manufacturers will not honor any warranty unless you
change out your orifice tube (also called an expansion valve) and
accumulator (aka the dryer) at the same time. Recharge the system
with the appropriate amount and type of freon, most likely R-134a.

Check to see if your oil has water or water has oil in it.does your coolant level go down while it is overheating? If any apply it has a blown head gasket.
Could an ignition coil problem cause my car to not
If the car jump starts, the coil is fine. Sounds like your battery is not charging. If you have a voltmeter, check voltage at bettery with engine running. Should be 14-15 volts. If you don't have a voltmeter, take the alternator to the parts store to be checked.
I can't find the radiator
Should be on the bottom of the radiator, driver's side, I believe. It'll look something like a wing-nut.
No spark on a 1996 lincoln mark 8
Hi,
A no spark is due to a failed or malfunctioning Crank Position Sensor locacted by the crank pully, near the AC compressor.
Sometimes you can upplug the sensor and when you plug it back in the car will have spark again.
However,Replacing the sensor does require removal of the AC compressor (due to space limitations) BUT you do not have to disconnect the AC lines.
Simply unbolt the compressor and gently lay it aside, and that will give you the clearance to pull the Crank Sensor from the block.
Good luck!!!
