Replacing studs
- You have to remove the hub bearing assembly and press them out and then back in. DO NOT USE A HAMMER!!!! A stud press works the best. If I was doing the job and the car has a number of miles on the old hub bearings I would just replace the whole assembly with new ones. They have new studs already installed. www.rockauto.com is a good site to get that kind of stuff. Happy Mechanicing!!
How do I change the studs on a 2003 Monte Carlo LS?
Wheel studs. . Thake hub or axel off car.
Using a hand held sledge hammer, drive out wheel studs toward the center of car, as if it we still on.
Install new wheel studs the same way bottoming them with the sledge hammer.

if they are all out I would start with the fuse, Look in manual and find out which fuse is for them and check the fuse. unlikely all 4 went out simultaneously. try your hazards see if they work if not Pretty sure your relay is through. replace it, but check fuse first.
