Do you have a scan tool that you can see sensor data ? What are fuel trims showing ? Is the computer add fuel because of a lean condition ? Are the O2 sensors switching , do you know what that is ? Can a scan tool communicate with the pcm ? If so probably not a bad PCM .What are the IAC valve counts ? Can the PCM control the IAC valve ? Suggest you take it to a qualified repair shop that know's how to diagnose , an not just replace parts .

You have struts on the front, so my first guess would be the strut or strut mount. Or it could be the lower ball joint on the control arm. Should be able to see what came loose.
