The cluster is run almost entirely by the body control module. There is no power wire per se. Che k to make sure you are getting power to the bcm.

check the actuator motor on the heater. It is on the bottom of the heater inside mounted to the heater box. The motor moves the arms on the heater doors and directs the heat.

You will need to remove the door panel. You can likely find a video on this subject on youtube.

Check crank shaft sensor.

Go on a test drive with a technician, visit a good workshop for a visual inspection on the wheels

check coolant level and check radiator fan operation when then car is idling in park. if your fans aren't coming on you have a problem with the fan switch or circuit.

It SHOULD be behind the grille, or might be inside the engine compartment near the radiator, either side.

Things to check (in order of likelihood):

1. Fluid level and condition in rear differential;
2. Drive shaft center bearing;
3. Rear outer bearings;
4. Front bearings (have they been packed with grease in the past three years?);
5. U-Joints
6. Tires (separating tread, flat spots, etc.)

The Horn is behind and below the passenger headlamp. It could be the relay as well.

check the fuse first then the bulbs they may have burned out because they are on constantly

Since the newer vehicles have this system, my best answer to you is to go back to your dealer and have them fix it if under warranty. But it could be a simple fuse.

before you go to this extreme check under the back of the seat ( rear floor and check for bottles or cans or anything that can roll or move when you accelerate or decellerate

Bad wiring connections heat up due to high resistance, replace the bulb and socket and ensure all connections are tight, usually the earth wire that causes the problem.
