When to change timing belt some say 100,000km
most manufacturers recommend a timing belt change at 100.00 klms as this is the optimum period that the belt manufactures warrant their product for
there are factors that will reduce this period such as continued high rpms, dusty conditions, idler bearing failure and oil leaks
Oil is the biggest destroyer of rubber timing belts and it comes from cam shaft seals , hydraulic belt tensioner leaks and crank shaft seals
basically if you keep an eye on the cover and look for oil and dust marks then any time after 90.000 klms would be an ideal time to consider the belt change

The speedometer on a Ford Taurus is controlled by a
sensor in the transmission. The most likely causes of it not working is the
failure of the sensor or the sensor coming unplugged. In either case it is an
easy fix. Have your mechanic check whether the sensor has failed or come
unplugged. good-day ! Check your fuses also,
I need to remove the
the floor carpet right ???
1.) remove the seats (they are bolted under)
2.) remove the center console, bolted from the sides and pry up center tray to expose screws.
3.) remove side panels by the doors, it just screws in place.
4.) PULL the carpet out, its tuck using S-Guard so use dome force. remember to put more S-Guard or sealer when putting in new carpet.
