Try replacing the radiator cap with a lighter/lower pressure one. Too much pressure from the higher temp cap is causing it to get TOO hot and making it lose coolant. Causing it to overheat. Be sure the radiator catch can is good and connected to the fitting under the edge of cap with a hose/tube. The catch can will capture the coolant that comes out when to operating temp and coolant will go right back to the radiator when engine is off and cooling down. That's the way it works.

Usually just a fuse. Check the fuses for ablown one and replace

I would agree that a clutch job is in order..

Determine why. E brake cable too tight? Too much oil on shoes? Springs broken? You need to take the drum off to see. If it is disc brakes then you can look to see if they are stuck closed.
