Period of drove is not clear. How ever if you run it for reasonable time the injectors,valves & piston can be damaged.But drain all fuel in tank, Clean all the fuel lines & try to start.Some times it will be OK

not very but anything from the dash falling into the vents is more likely

Have you checked the pressure in your spare tire?

I have no idea what the code is, but without a better description I doubt it's your transmission (it's in the front). Hopefully someone here can chase the code for a Nissan - did they tell you what the code was?

Can you describe the clunk (once, happens many times, etc), when it happens (hitting bumps or shifting or ?).

hope you can get a new remote. did it get wet?

Depends if you want full size or not. I'm partial to Nissan. I have a 1991 Nissan Pathfinder with over 250,000 miles on it and still running good. Not burning any oil.

tyres could be off balance. or track rods could be off. both of these can be checked at tyre fitters. also get them to check ball joints and drop links if none of these it could be your steering rack
