Hi what is your VUE doing or not doing ? Does the engine crank over ? There is no ignition relay , There is a run relay an a starter relay in the under hood fuse / relay box !

BRAKE LIGHTS AND SHIFT LOCK
Look under the dash, on the brake pedal arm. There are one or two switches that activate brake lights and/or shift unlock. Check for loose mounting nut or a missing rubber nubber. Is the brake pedal coming all the way back up? Look on the floor for something not usually found there. These switches are adjustable and it may be as simple as adjusting them. Have a helper look for brake lights on and shift lever unlocked while you push and release the switches with your finger. Depress the brake pedal to get it out of the way. Remember to set the park brake first. Could just be a bad switch or loose connector. Check fuses and the bulbs. Is shifter fully in Park? Also try jiggling the turn signal lever.

If you can't hear the clicking the the main flasher relay may be getting to give up.

code p0496 refers to evaporative emission system--high purge flow===causes--wiring--EVAP valve--mechanical fault check that the cap is on tight change the purge valve.

Check the thermostat. Before it can be opened. You can check this by touching the exhaust pipe from the radiator.

Could be low on coolant or a faulty thermostat.

New seals? If so the track guide skipped a teeth, refer to a pro on this too much hassle

Check your fuse box for a blown fuse. Replace burnt fuse with same type fuse. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.
