You can replace that hose by fully extending it and locking the reel. At that point you should be able to unscrew the hose from its connector. A replacement hose can be screwed on in its place. One alternative, if the reel's hose connector isn't inside the spool area, would be to just cut off the hose at the break, then buy a replacement hose end (with barb fitting to match your hose) and a small stainless-steel hose clamp. They work really well when you get one that's correctly sized for your hose. They're hazardous out at the "business end" of the hose, though - they can cut your hands.

Reel are made for a size 25' 50' Etc. what you want to put 30' on a 25' REEL.?.

Not being sure about this model but do you have the air hose connected to the tire vent and does it meet the minimum requirements? This may be the only way that the compressor can know how much pressure is in the tire and to start counting.

I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.
