Why my "MITSUMI FLOPPY DRIVE" not recognized in windows 8

You might have a driver issue, check if the manufacturer has a specials driver for Windows 8, it should work straight out of the box unless you have a connection cable issue, or you might have killed it if you wasn't wearing anti static gloves.

floppy will work with all PCs (built into BIOS).

When I plug my usb floppy drive in, it makes a loud buzzing sounds and does not read disk

dirty head or damaged head alignment. try removing from device manager and reinitialize.. if still not working, it is time to buy another one.

Feature requires removable media floppy disk usb flash drive please insert connect

It seems like your keyboard and mice need some driver to work with some extra function. The best way is to donwload the specified driver from manufacturer`s website and install it to make all things function properly.

Installed new floppy. Set bios.

your magnetic head on your floppy disk is dirty.
you can clean it with floppy disk cleaner or open your floppy disk drive and cleaned it manually.
i suggest soft material like cotton and alcohol or other electrical cleaning liquid.
