Pump won't come on, it has power to it, also the
The water from the relief valve means the boiler is very full, lets work on the water problem first then we will go to the pump.
IF the machine is not turned on does water flow out of the relief valve? ...if yes then check the manual fill to make sure it is in the off position. If no then we will need to check the level probe and or the inlet solenoid, because something is telling the machine it needs water.
For the pump is there any sound from it when you press the brew button? ....If yes then it might be blocked and you will have to remove the ring collar from the brass head, to remove pump from motor then check to see if pump head rotates, note direction on front of pump head. If no then you might have lost a fuse or there is a loose connection at the main box.
I have a Spazio EK.
Have you checked the level probe it could not be telling the machine that it is full and so the inlet valve keeps filling.

Hello. I do not have the thread size but if you have the wand now, just go to any hardware store plumbing department where they all have the necessary tools to determine thread size. Also, regarding the pitch of the steam arm, the arm must screw into the female threads at 90 degrees. Hope this helps you. Joe
Pressure is weak.
I am a certified tech for laspaziale Are you thinking the pressure is low because the gauge on the front panel does not go all the way to the green ? many of them didn't right from the factory. the pressure is not adjustable and unless it is really low don't worry about it
Schaerer SCP is not rinsing correctly
Check the Operating Temperature:
Ensure that the machine has reached the correct operating temperature. If it hasn't, the indicator light will be on. Wait until the machine is fully heated before proceeding.
Check for Ongoing Programs:
If a rinse or cleaning program is currently in progress, the cleaning button may be flashing. Wait for any ongoing programs to complete before trying to brew coffee.
Inspect the Brewing Unit:
Make sure the brewing unit is properly seated and not obstructed. The brew group should be in the correct position.
If the brew group overflows, it could be due to a blockage or misalignment. Remove the brew group, clean it thoroughly, and reinsert it properly.
Inspect the Coffee Spout and Drainage Area:
Check the coffee spout for any clogs or blockages. Clean it if necessary.
Examine the drainage area at the bottom of the machine. If water is running away onto the floor, there may be a leak. Inspect the drip tray and other components for leaks or damage.
Refer to the Operating Manual:
Consult the operating instructions manual for your Schaerer Coffee Club machine. If the above do not resolve your issues, you may have to contact Schaerer Services.
