Hi my window kelvinator air-conditioning is coming up hi or h1 when I have it on heater mode I'm worried something is wrong it's only a few months old is that normal

does it cool when it comes on and how long does it run before it turns off?

They do recommend when installing Mini's that you insulate both suction and liquid due to the variable speed compressors and how it is piped threw the system. Could be due to a restriction or a Txv valve that may be stuck as well not opening all the way properly. your fan most likely is wired for low speed for heat which is common. this should be determined when furnace is set up properly. motors that aren't modulating motors and are multispeed motors typically have low medium and high taps that come off the motor and go to the corresponding relay on the board. low and medium speeds are used for heat and high and medium speeds are used for cooling. but only one speed for heat and one speed for cooling many times medium never gets used. im not familiar with klimaire is this a mini split system and not a regular air handler. cause speed control should be adjustable from the remote. if its a split but if not reaching desired speed due to a malfunction in the units could cause it to run low speed just to maintain the temperature exiting the indoor unit.

If it is a heat pump as you said there is no glow plug. Check for a high pressure cut-out switch and reset it will prevent the condensing unit from starting. Also with the unit calling to run listen to the condenser for a slight buzzing that may indicate the either the fuse in the disconnect is blown or the circuit breaker is tripped. Even if the circuit breaker appears to be on it may still be tripped make sure to switch it to off then back on, good luck
