Does it use batteries or is it picking up current from the rails and a supply transformer?

Most remotes have a small "slide out" section on the rear, which one uses a fingernail to eject. Then inside will be the battery. Not which side is + and - and the battery type. If battery has corroded or left whits residue - a knowledgeable person needs to review & assist.

How to change cartridge in a glue gun

Hi,Allow the glue gun to heat up.Load a glue stick into the gun and pull the trigger. Use the new glue stick to help push out as much of the old stick as you can. If you can, push out the entire old portion and pull the new stick back out with your fingers.Use a metal stick, such as a paperclip pulled out straight, to scrape out the nozzle of the glue gun. Do this if the glue is old and doesn't flow well.https://appsync.biz/dafont/ https://192168ll.onl/ https://appsync.biz/filehippo/

New DCC HO Loco has NO sound

Sound and motion decoder are the same address. Try F8 that mutes and unmutes the sound, If that doesn't work Change CV 8 to 8, that resets the decoder to factory settings. You will have to re enter the address as the decoder reverts to address 03. If all else fails check that the speaker is wired properly, if that doesn't work you may have a bad decoder that should be under warranty. Good luck

In a pearl row it says to work in reverse at st. What does "reverse" mean? ( It is having me change from circular needles to straight). Don't know why.

Reverse is working in the opposite direction. That's not as obvious with circular needles so it makes sense to me to switch to straight needles. When you finish the previous row, do not turn your work. I'm going to give directions for right hand; turn it opposite for left hand. To start the reverse row, stick the free needle, in the right hand, into the work in the normal way for a stitch (in back for knit, in front for purl) and execute a stitch as you normally would, pulling it onto the right hand needle. You're doing regular knitting, just in the reverse direction. Hope that makes sense and helps.

I have a Bachman's class 4MT locomotive DCC ready. I have a Bachman's 36-553 decoder but there is not enough room under the boiler casing to fit the decoder.

You may have to go to a Digitrax N /HO scale decoder for it to fit. The decoder handles motor functions OK but a sound N scale has very low volume as the speaker is very small. I have done this a few times with good results. Or put the decoder in the tender and run the 30ga wires to the engine

Wired my Lionel switches thru a accessory transformer - have a buss wire loop -All worked well but recently add a new switch and suddenly getting track power thru the accessory transformer

Check the wiring again, or the switch mechanism is faulty. The acc transformer operates a solenoit when changing the switch direction so no irect contact with the track power. If your wiring is correct, the switch should be replaced, in my opinion
