It sounds like your filter is clogged. In the line from the oil tank to the burner there should be an in line filter. It is usually canister shaped and has a felt filter element inside. Shut valve off at the tank and loosen bolt on the top of the canister to remove bottom section of canister and access filter replace filter ( most hardware stores carry them) and reassemble canister. There is a small screw on top of the canister. Remove this to let air out when you open valve to let oil fill canister. When oil comes out shut off valve and reinstall screw. Reopen valve again and you should be ready for burner test. Setting a pan under the filter canister is a good idea to catch any oil from disassembling filter. Hope this Helps.

I need more info. What tray has water? Where is this tray located? Is this a humidifier? If it is there a float switch that when it begins to overfill it shuts the system down. You realize that this is similar to trying to cut hair over a telephone!
Well the whole burner unit should be able to be removed -No/Yes? Is it bolted on to the face of the boiler, OR does the boiler have the door that swings open, which would put the burner approx. 90 degrees to where it is now. Just need to remove oil feed and return lines and unplug the elec. socket on the burner..
Lift off. You may have to attempt to pry it off with two screwdrivers. Other method is to hold it by the impeller while someone takes a brass punch and a hammer and gently hit the end of the shaft to knock it free. Try to avoid damaging the shaft or you will have to dress the shaft up to get the new impeller on.
Question edited for correct spelling of maker 'Noen' to 'Moen'.
'Fix' as in it is leaking? Or tighten it down because it is wobbly, or something completely different?
Well, we can have a one on one seminar by the internet. I've been a pumpman for 20 years. I can share with you my experience (household pumps, suibmersible pumps, turbine pumps, gear pumps, piston pumps, dewatering pumps, mud pumps, trash pumps, mining pumps, solids handling pump, etc....) Just take your pick. Just send in your e-mail for assistance. God bless.
It is leaking due to a defective mechanical seal. It needs to be replaced. To replace it, is to take the pumpcase off by taking off the bolts that hold it. Then, take the impeller off to take the mechanical seal behind it. Put the replacement in, and reassemble the pump. Just get in touch with us by e-mail to get more assistance.
Move the lever or turn the knob. Check the stop tap under the sink. Make sure the faucet control knob or lever is tight, There is normally a removable cover that hides the screw..
