DC error code means: "Unbalanced load". It can occur if the washer:
1. is overloaded (too many clothes inserted),
2. can't balance the load within a few balance cycles,
3. has a damaged balance sensor,
4. isn't regulated properly (vibrates abnormally).
IMHO you just overloaded the washer :)

refer the opening balance cell to the closing balance cell.. so everytime your closing balance change it would change the opening balance as well.. just use the simple formula Closing Balance Cell (A1)=Opening Balance (B2)

If the drum spin noise is loud your bearings need replacing.
If the bowl(drum)goes out of balance with nothing in it your bowl needs to be replaced.

Off balance. If the control cant recover from an off balance situation then the control will brang the machine to a screechin halt and declare an off balance error. Open the lid and redistribute the clothing and press clear then retry. If the problem persist then one of the 4 support rods holding the tub up might be broken OR one of the 2 shock absorbing dampeners at the base might be broken or simply came loose. The error 8.2 is pretty general. Most likely it is caused by damage to the load cell. There are some things you can try before you decide to get the balance repaired.
1. Turn the balance off and unplug it. Count to 20 and plug it back in anf turn it on.
If that does not work.
1. Turn the balance off and unplug it.
2. Put a 100g weight on the platform (the weight does not have to be exact).
3. Plug the balance in and wait for the count down. If the count down starts at 99 you can stop this procedure will not work. If the count down starts at 255 continue.
4.The balance will read error 8.2 again at the end of the count down.
5. Unplug the balance.
6. Remove the weight.
7. Plug the balance in and wait for the count down. The balance should count down and turn off.
8. Turn the balance on and it should work normally.
If this does not work the balance needs to be repaired.

When I connect My MTS MBLAZE shows me an error message "The remote computer did not responde for further assistance" and do not respond when I check my balance and my phone number. When i check balance for last time their is 4 MB(approx.)data usege remening. solve this problem please.

If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and "F/02" is flashed.


NOTE: After 4 minutes the "Sud" error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.


To solve this:




Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects.
• If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.

may be bad basket drive ..main control detects out of balance by currect draw on motor had a basket drive cause same sympton .. after replaceing control bds and motor changed basket drive and solved problem
