Hi Michelle, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

Warning When the phone switches from asking for a PIN to asking for a PUK, stop entering codes. If you enter the PUK code wrong too many times, the PUK will lock permanently and you will need to buy a new SIM card

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

An alternative is going to a local phone shop and having the unlock done for a small fee.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.

You will need to contact your vendor!! they are the only one that can provide the PUK code.
