you can notify go cruise customer service to see if they if they have a fix --the reviews of these gps units are not good constant freezes and need to pay for constant upgrades so that the unit will continue to work Go Cruise Aldi 4 3
I would need more information like the make and model number, or you could type the make and model number into a Google search I look for a manual to download or go to the manufactures web site. Thanks for using FixYa
You definitely have a battery problem if it does not charge on either voltages. As this is a supermarket GPS I doubt that essential parts will be easily found. The distributor was ALDI. I have found another reference to the 4.3 model on http://www.tempoaustralia.com.au/ so I suggest contacting them and asking for a battery
