Looks like you need to update the game before you can log in

There is a repair utility that you can get here
http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21465

Repair Utility
We have a repair utility that can check your files and replace corrupted files as well. You can get the latest version available here. Note: The utility is currently only available for Windows systems.
Note: With the release of 1.8.0 the repair utility (repair.exe) can now be found in the main World of Warcraft game directory on your hard drive

The latest patches for WOW can be downloaded here

Hope that fixes your problem

Try uninstalling wow. Then restart somputer and install it. If you still have the problem you might try http://us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?locale=en_US&gameId=11&rootCategoryId=2316 This is there Technical Support page. you might be able to find the problem in there. If all else false on that link they have a phone number and e-mail that you can talk to someone at blizzard(makers of wow) that might be able to help you further.

Hey can u help me

Help you how? You didn't specify what you need help with. I've been playing WoW for 4 and a half years, so I can probably answer just about any question you have with regards to playing and questing in the game. I've helped quite a few WoW newbies with getting started on the game and I don't mind at all. So feel free to ask. ***IF*** you need help with PvP issues, however, I'm not your girl. I've played around in battlegrounds a few times but I **** at it so, *giggle*, I wouldn't trust my own advice in that area. *laugh*

I see you posted this back in early August. You might not need help anymore. But if you do, I'll be here. =)

The World of Warcraft, the patches, and the repair tool

First make sure all of your drivers are up to date. Video, Audio, etc. You also want to make sure you have plenty of room on your hard drive. I generally try to keep 25% of mine open for the purpose of updating, patching, etc. If you don't have any idea how much space you have right click on your c: drive and click properties. You can also access the disk clean-up utilities from here. Clear out all of your caches and other temp files using disk clean-up. Also, uf you're taking the time anyway, you might as well defragment you hard drive. Depending on the size of your main HD it could be an hour or so. Start the process and play a console game while it slowly clicks through the info and reorganizes. Make sure you restart each time you make a big change like drivers or defrag. You can use system restore points to undo any problems that may arise.

Just a thought...did you restart when you uninstall WoW? Or did you recently do a big update like XP SP3? These happy little updates sometimes make other things unhappy in their quest to improve functionality and security. or if you uninstalled a big program or big game, it may have deleted a shared .dll that WoW doesn't install.

Your best bet is to find out what the 'something' is that couldn't be accessed and trouble shot that around the Blizzard utility. The first paragraph is just general house cleaning for your computer.

Hope this all helps.
