If you mean the fuel door on top of the tank, the specs are 18-24 inch/lbs
Just make em tight and dont strip em! Usally parts like this, that are not related to some real mechanical aspect of the vehicle dont have torque specs Motorcycles tend to give more torque specs than automobiles but, since this thing just hold some guages and what not, it just needs to stay on there. I don't have a Harley but, I've had dirt bikes all my life, and I have a honda xrl650 which I ride on the street now and the torque specs on the suspension and wheel components are the most important, to me anyway.
