SOURCE: Hisense LCD TL 3220 tv no HDMI
If your telly has no HDMI then I assume it mus have DVI instead. You can buy a DVI to HDMI adaptor from most good electrical stockists but the only problem is the financial one for the extra cost for the leads :-) Hope this helps.

This is caused by a bad signal coming from the the buttons board to the processor on the mainboard. This in turn can be caused by either :
1 - a bad connection to the data cable that joins them - you will have to open the tv and reseat the cables, plug the firmly, or
2 - the power source delivers a lower than needed voltage to the controller of the tv - you will need to test it: take off the back cover , take it out (the power cable plugs into it) and replace the capacitors as explained here

If the problem returns after that you will have to inspect also the mainboard, on which the processor is situated.
