Thanks for visiting FixYa!
If you're trying to access the Internet on your phone but have not signed up for a Data Service plan with your Cellular service Provider, you'll receive the message, "Subscribe to Packet Data First."
To access the Internet on your phone, call your cell phone company and have them add a Data plan to your account. Data plans (to use the Internet) are options that are not included with your regular cellular service plan.
If you already purchased a Data plan but cannot get to the Internet on your phone, call your cell phone company and request assistance. They'll be glad to assist you.

Hello there,
First you need to configure the internet of your phone before you will be able to browse using the phone. The internet subscription depends on the kind of network you are using. To configure the internet of your phone, you will have to contact the help center of your sim service provider, they will automatically configure it for you or give you a short code for you to enter and then the internet will be configured automatically or they can also give you a manual configuration.
After doing so, the phone wont be requesting you subscribe for packet data anymore.
Thank you for using fixya,

Here is what to do : In opera mini check what type of connection is been set . There are to types [HTTP , SOCKET] . Just try to switch between them and you'll solve the problem . For me [SOCKET] is always better , because [HTTP] takes long time to load a page .
If that didn't solve the problem , then in the phone , go to SETTINGS and make sure that all applications are allowed to use your preferred access point as default for Applications .
your rating is very important for me , that's why I've helped you .
good luck .
