You can get one from a computer repair shop or computer parts shop.
There are 3 different types of data cables and it must match the type of hard drive.
Take you hard drive with you so the shop can see what type of data cable you need.

My computer it when I do the Ctrl+Alt+Del all it keeps doing is popping back up on the screen I can you help

The hard drive is not loading the operating system. If you have a floppy drive connected and there is a floppy disk in the drive, it won't boot. Remove the disk and try again. If you have no floppy drive connected, then your hard drive is no communicating with the mother board. This could be due to a disconnected power or data cable on the hard drive or the mother board end of the cable. If all the cables check out OK then your hard drive has gone bad.

Sir i have intel 965ry mother board i want to connect 3 250gb sata hdd s but the system as slowly why

dear friend
Because it must recognise the three hard disk of 250GB, and memory is not frequent to working with large amount hard disk.
It is better to work with only one hard disk of 250GB. According to mother board requirement it supports up to 500Gb Hard disk but single hard disk of 500GB.

Are you sure you connected it correctly
The wide ribbon cable that goes in the rear of hard drive should
1) Be connected to M/board in the No 1 connector with the stripe on cable to the No 1 pin
2) the stripe on cable should go next to the 4 pin power plug on hard drive
Also ensure your BIOS is set to Auto detect of driives

Hard drives installation

You should connect the grey wire (called IDE cable) to your hard drive and the other end of the same cable to your mother board. also find some other cables attached together (black, red, yellow and black) which have a white plastic at the end and connect that plastic to the right part on the back of your hard disk. place the hard drive in your computer and you are done.
