Remote not working properly

It's because the rubber layer(keypad) on the top of the remote has moved a bit or so. Just open the remote carefully align the keypad. Put the pieces together including battery. Test it.....

OR

It's because the circuit in you remote has mulfunctioned. Try consulting a repair shop or buy a new one.

Hope this helped

Remote works intermittently changed battery also been sent a new remote and still the same this is on a Zeppelin iPod dock Cheers Chris

if the remote has been changed and the batteries changed, it would suggest the the remote interface has a problem, this is on the opposite side to the led. check to make sure the speaker cover has not slipped or been moved across to mask it, or that the clear plastic is not damaged or marked.

if this is an older unit and the power supply and interface boards have not been changed I would contact b and w service and tell them about your problem and ask if your serial number unit has been had the power issues rectified.

Remote is frozen . After welcome to your remote, nothing moves. This is a remote that I have had for a year. I have changed the batteries, and updated the sofeware.

Leave the batteries out for an hour or so to make sure that everything is reset & try it again. Ensure that the batteries are working correctly, even if new, you can get faulty ones.

Most opticals do not track on smooth white surfaces. It needs textures or color. Try pressing the "CONNECT" button on the bottom of the mouse and on the remote sensor.
