TRY THE FACTORY CODE SETTING 0000 THAT MAY HELP YOU GOOD LUCK

U have to have remote I just fix mine kenwood company was no help they want to charge when they could just tell u what to do but hit me up if u want to fix

Call 1800kenwood there is a default code but you need the remote to enter it

you need the remote to do any code entry to these ubits. Even for service codes. Find a mate with a kenwood car stereo and use his remote:)
