I have a compaq preserio desktop which the dvd cd drive wont recognize any disc how do i fix it ?
it sounds like you need to get a new dvd/cd burner you can get them in alot of different places.if you dont want to spend alot of money you can look on ebay and get one.or give me the make and model and i can see if i can find one at a reasonable price for you.
