The word hello keeps on blincking. Im unable to use it because the word hello keeps on blinking. I unpluged and pluged it back to see if it would reset but it didnt work.

For this problem which is not a DIY you need to return the TV for warranty repair or placement. There have been quite a few Vizio units with this problem.
I think that vizio know about this problem and in EU did a recall
Woops -the blinking amber light of doom is a common fault on dells - usually
a solid amber is the Power supply while a blinking one indicates Motherboard problems.
If machine is still under warranty dell will replace it. If not then it will cost you to have them replaced.
