When tv is unpluged and pluged back in it wont power on and no lights blinck

Sure the plug is getting power from wall outlet? If power is there you might want to check out the power supply board first for issues.

My Samsung LCD TV won't turn on. The red standby light keeps blinking and I can hear a clicking sound like it wants to turn on, but will not.

Unplug from the wall the longer the better, then hold the power button while pluging back in to try and reset.

I moved our computyer from downstairs to upstairs.

Power supply is bad,,

You can try to unplug the main motherboard plug, then plug back in,, It should last as long as it stays pluged into the wall.

Keep it pluged in when you do this,,

All I am getting is a white blinking screen. Unable to get menu or anything else. The TV is only 9 months old. Unplugged from cable and still getting nothing.

For this problem which is not a DIY you need to return the TV for warranty repair or placement. There have been quite a few Vizio units with this problem.

I think that vizio know about this problem and in EU did a recall

My pc is not turning on (all the light does is blink orange)

Woops -the blinking amber light of doom is a common fault on dells -
usually a solid amber is the Power supply while a blinking one indicates Motherboard problems. If machine is still under warranty dell will replace it.
If not then it will cost you to have them replaced.
