First thing you need to do is find the correct model number. It is normally on the end of the motor unit closest to the door. Then you can look in the yellow pages. Any door opener service company can help you.

Can a craftsman 953876 keyless entry pad garage door opener work on a liftmaster garage door opener

If both units were manufactured before April 2005 or both were manufactured after that date they should work. If one is older and the other newer than that date they will not work with each other.

NEW HOME TO ME NO REMOTE DO NOT KNOW KEY PAD NUMBER TO KEYLESS ENTRY #1021499A

On the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go you will find the smart/learn button. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to your keypad and key in any 4 digit PIN you like and press enter. On the opposite end of the motor unit you will find the model number. You need this to get the correct remotes.
