I guess you are using a Android phone as it asking for your google password and username. The reason it is asking is because you entered your pattern in wrong 5times.
The one it is wanting is the username and password you used when setting the phone up and setting the marketplace up. If you don't use gmail as your standard account I can see how this would be frustrating and difficult to remember.
Now unfortunately if you can not remember your information then there is only one way to get back on your phone. It is called a hard reset. Now this is a drastic option, as it wipes your phones memory completely so it will be like a brand new phone. No contacts, no apps, no messages everything will be gone.
I can not walk you through a hard reset I am afraid as do not know your phone make or model so I can not help you there. You could google [make][model]android hard reset. And that should come up a tutorial or video.

I hope this helps.

I need help unlocking my zte t185

WAKE UP FROM SLEEP MODE • Press the Power key to activate the display. • Long press on the screen to unlock. • You can pinch out on the lock icon to get quick access to Phone, Email, Messages, Audio, Camera and Calendar apps. SWITCH YOUR HANDSET TO SLEEP MODE Press the Power key to activate sleep mode. Sleep Mode activates automatically with the timeout set from Options > System settings > Display > Sleep. TIP If you set an unlock pattern, PIN or password you need to enter it to unlock the screen. If you forget your pattern or PIN use your Google Account password to reset the phone. This will only work if you register a Google account with this handset. The above instructions ARE NOT for the FRP lock, which requires the Google Account information that the device was set up with. Were you asking about the FRP lock?

Locked self out of phone. Dont remember pattern and when put in email and password..says wrong. Its a droid razr m and thru my exs verizon contract. He left town..not to b seen and let service run up bill...

Tonda

You need to put in the password and email address of the Gmail account you used on the phone. If service is canceled and you don't have active connection to internet it may be an issue.

If you have photos they may be backed up to your google account if you had auto backup turned on.

Short of you not knowing the requested info, you're not getting back into the phone without an external reset which will delete everything not on external memory.

Forgot pattern and now locked

If you've forgotten your screen lock pattern, you have up to five attempts to try and unlock HTC Wildfire S.
If this fails, you can unlock HTC Wildfire S by entering your Google Account user name and password.
  1. On the unlock screen, enter your lock pattern.
  2. After the fifth attempt, when you're asked to wait for 30 seconds, tap OK.
  3. If the display goes off, press the POWER button to turn the display back on, and then unlock the screen.
  4. Tap the Forgot pattern? button when it appears.
  5. Enter your Google Account name and password, and then tap Sign in. You'll then be asked to create a new screen lock pattern. If you no longer want to do so, tap Cancel.

My son had my phone and somehow put a pattern lock, is there anyway you can tell me how to reset it, or unlock it?

Your's is an Android mobile phone I believe.

For Andorids with the Pattern lock, if you try the wrong pattern 5 times, you are given the option to use your Gmail account to unlock and reset your Android device unlock pattern.

Once you get the prompt for the Gmail login, use the account that you have set up in your Android device. This would take you to the option of resetting the unlock pattern.

Please note that if you have set up the 2-step-verification for Google accounts, your password will not be the regular Gmail password. You'll have to generate the authorizing password here: https://www.google.com/accounts/IssuedAuthSubTokens

Hope it helps. If so, please consider rating this solution.

I got my pattern code wroung on my samsung galxy 19000 now its lock

Get your account password wrong 5 times and it will ask you if you forgot your password at the bottom. Then it gives you the opportunity to unlock your phone using your Google account credentials.

Locked out of my HTC Dream due to too may incorrect patterns

Ok, So I just had the same thing happen to me last night and I just fixed it. It'll take 2 people to do it. I went on to my gmail and changed my pattern, after a few minutes my phone had a triangle with an exclamation mark come up in the notifications bar. Don't bother turning off your phone...mine didn't reset for the pattern after 7 hours of being turned off. At this point, once you get that triangle, get someone to call your phone, it'll unlock it for a few minutes. Just long enough for you to change the password on your phone by clicking into that arrow. Then your phone will lock again after the call is done. Put the new password into your phone again on this screen. Then it'll ask you to draw another pattern. Draw something simplistic, then if you want to take it back off just go back into your settings and remove the lock....just remember your pattern this time! hope this helps!
